Founded in 1984 and based in the United Kingdom, the group says it supports more than 1,000 members and has paid out over £25 million in retros. The feature that sets it apart is the annual Group Retro, a rebate on your purchases from its Approved Suppliers that rises with your spend and is paid in full as a credit to your account, subject to qualifying terms.

Less paperwork and better terms on what you stock

With Central Invoicing you get one collated invoice covering all your approved suppliers, collected by Direct Debit every two weeks. The company says this can save you up to 20 hours a month. If an invoice is wrong, you raise a dispute in the Online Document Manager and its finance team deals with the supplier for you. The same portal lets you track payments and plan cash flow. The till system is added to your Foremost invoice, and the company says software updates and 7-day support cost nothing extra.
