If you run a driving range or golf practice area, Carroll Golf can equip it with ball dispensers, washers, collectors, 1 and 2 piece range balls, hitting mats, outfield targets and Kawasaki utility vehicles, and it keeps spare parts for range equipment in stock. It is a driving range equipment supplier in Ennis, County Clare, that distributes equipment made by European Golf Machinery (EGM), and its website says it has been trading since 1992.

The company presents itself as a golf range supplier for Ireland, and it appears among the golf suppliers in Ireland.

Ball dispensers that take payment and report sales

You can choose integrated ball dispensers, which the company says give a clean and secure look, or stand alone models. A mechanical token or coin acceptor can be set to take one type of coin or token, and the site lists EPOS systems that let a dispenser act as the main point of sale at your range. A product photo shows the EGMNet V2 screen, which reports dispenser status, cash taken, tokens and balls issued by basket size. Dispenser baskets hold up to 120 balls, and basket stands fit every basket in the EGM range.

Ball washers and collectors that save your staff handling

The semi-automatic ball washer runs on a timer that can be linked to an elevator, so washed balls move on to the dispenser or storage area with less manual handling. Washers come in manual and semi-automatic versions with 800 or 2,000 ball capacity. Listed features include heavy duty galvanized construction, a gentle washing action, tolerance of broken balls and debris, recycled water and 2 inch drain fittings.

To clear your outfield, hand collectors suit small spaces and awkward corners, while the Polypikka range of ball collectors is pulled behind a vehicle. Kawasaki utility vehicles are offered for range, course and other duties.

Hitting mats, bay dividers and outfield targets for your range

Hitting surfaces include the Four Layer Mat, with a nylon grass top on a foam base, the Premier Mat and the Premier Teaching Mat, both on crumb rubber bases, the latter made in the UK. The Premier Mat measures 1.6 m square overall. You can also get a Teaching Mat, a Portable Hitting Mat, a Tall Grass Mat with a longer pile and a Deep Pile Mat for winter tee boxes. Teardrop bay dividers are listed for indoor and outdoor bays. Outfield items include distance markers built for outdoor exposure, tie on flags, barber pole markers, target nets and Bullseye targets, with bespoke designs available for targets and markers.

Range balls, spare parts and help with your practice area

According to its About Us page, Carroll Golf supplies 1 and 2 piece range balls to driving ranges and practice areas across Ireland, and it keeps spare parts for range equipment in stock. You can contact the company by phone or email with questions about your practice area. The driving range equipment checklist sets out the equipment a new or upgraded range needs. Other range suppliers listed here include Range Servant, Range Master Golf Services and EGM Golf.
