Range Servant gives your driving range one source for the machines that pick, wash, store and dispense golf balls and the payment hardware on each dispenser. The company has built driving range equipment in Halmstad, Sweden since 1986, has its own companies in Sweden, the United States and the UK, and sells elsewhere through distributors. It says it is the preferred ball management supplier for Topgolf Entertainment Group.
Dispensers that take the payment you already use
You can choose from three families of golf ball dispensers, built from aluminum and stainless galvanized steel. Ultima models (8, 12, 19, 20 and 45) are modular and count each ball individually. Behind the Wall units, from BTW 10-15 to BTW 40-45, let you place the payment cabinet where it suits your building. The compact RS4, RS8 and RS11 stand alone and rinse balls lightly with a built-in sprinkler. Tee Box gen 2, gen 3 and Vision units serve individual hitting bays. Payment can run through the app-based Range Servant Pay with memberships, Solo card systems, tokens or contactless cards.
Pickers and washers sized to your daily ball count
Range Servant matches its ball pickers to how many balls your customers hit. The Light picker (2 to 6 gangs, 1,600 to 4,800 balls) suits wet, rolling ground and fewer than 15,000 range balls a day, and its frame can be upgraded by two gangs later. The all-galvanized Heavy Duty picker (3, 5 or 7 gangs, 2,400 to 5,600 balls) is meant for more than 15,000 a day. The in-line frame reverses without jack-knifing. It also sells the autonomous Range Picker by Relox Robotics, rated at up to 60,000 balls a day. For cleaning, the BT1300 and BT1950 ball washers feed themselves with full brush coverage, and the Soaker 4000 loosens dirt first.
A ball management system planned with you
If you want the whole cycle automated, a Range Servant ball management system links ball ditches, elevators, washers, hoppers holding 15,000 to 50,000 balls and a compressed-air blower that sends balls to dispensers, which call for more when they run low. Systems can be fully or semi-automatic and can serve several floors. The company runs each project in six steps, from a site pre-study and digitally signed drawings to a timeline for production and installation, then trains your staff on maintenance. Halmstad Golfarena in Sweden and Wycombe Heights Golf Centre in the UK are quoted on its site.
Four decades of range machinery
Founder Jordan Knez developed Sweden’s first ball dispensers, washers and pickers, the business moved into the United States in the early 1990s, and its UK company opened in 2023. Alongside the machines it sells range balls, mats, accessories and spare parts. The driving range equipment checklist covers the rest of a range fit-out. Other golf suppliers listed here include Range Master Golf Services, EGM Golf and Amtech Range.
