You get a golf simulator room designed, built and installed for you rather than a kit to assemble, for your home or for your business, with published starting prices of $15,000 for a custom home simulator and $25,000 for a commercial setup. Golf Sim Gurus is a team in Kemptville, Ontario that designs and installs golf simulators for private homes and for businesses in Canada.

Simulator packages for your home or your business

You choose between two offers on the services page. The home package is described as a luxury simulator custom-built into your own space. The commercial package is aimed at businesses that want a simulator to draw in and keep customers, and the company says it suits any commercial setting. One company handles the design, the build and the handover. Both are custom builds, so the published figures are where your price starts rather than a fixed list price. Clubs and indoor venues weighing their options can compare other commercial golf simulator suppliers and read our commercial golf simulator buying guide.

Rooms the team has already fitted out

The gallery shows the range of rooms the team has completed. One is a commercial golf center bay with turf flooring, a full impact screen and bar seating beside signposted range, club fitting and lesson areas. Another is a multi-bay lounge where two simulators sit next to a bar. On the residential side there is a garage conversion with a ceiling-mounted projector, a contoured turf hitting area and a coastal course on screen, and a room with a vaulted ceiling where a black enclosure, overhead safety netting and a hitting mat fit around existing doors. If you are comparing simulator installers for an awkward space, the last two show what the team has already fitted.

How to get a quote for your space
