You get a golf simulator designed, built and installed for your home or business in the Lower Mainland, from a team that says it has worked on more than 70 simulator bay installations across Canada. Pacific Golf Simulators is a small, owner-operated business in North Vancouver, British Columbia.

Three ways you can have your simulator built

• Convert a room you already have. Basements, garages, living rooms, a home gym, a theater room and an indoor pool area all appear among its finished projects.
• Add a simulator to a new build or renovation. It works with your contractors and designers on simulator specifications so the finished room looks clean.
• Open a commercial simulator facility. The company reports more than 15 commercial sim projects and plans spaces that must handle entertainment, teaching and club fitting at the same time.

Simulator brands you can choose from

The company says it works with several equipment brands rather than one, so you are not tied to a single make. Project titles name Trackman, including the Trackman iO, and Uneekor simulators. For outdoor turf, it points you to its partner Turf Team.

Commercial and club projects you can check before you buy

If you are comparing commercial golf simulator suppliers, the published portfolio includes Downtown Office Trackman Bays, a sim refresh at Bowen Island GC, screens and technology for Central Golf Club, a Trackman simulator for a VIP lounge in a Vancouver restaurant, SWINGS Indoor Golf, Gowanus Golf Club, a Downtown Toronto Modern Golf project and a VIP tent at the CPKC Women’s Open. Residential entries include several Trackman iO installs in North and West Vancouver, a Uneekor custom sim in Burnaby, a Uneekor setup in North Vancouver and a garage build in Langley.

The owner handles your project

Owner Tyler Leclair, a former competitive amateur and golf industry professional, says he handles each project personally from first consultation to completion. The company works as an installer and fit-out contractor.
