Urban Golf gives you a supplier that has run its own indoor golf venues in London since 2004 and says it has hosted more than one million rounds of indoor golf, so the advice you get on commercial golf simulators comes from a company that operates them as well as sells them. Its business arm covers simulator sales, indoor driving ranges and franchise opportunities to open an Urban Golf venue.
Simulators and launch monitors you can buy
You can source golf simulators and indoor golf equipment through distribution deals the company describes as exclusive with large golf technology makers. Its website lists the Uneekor Eye Mini Lite launch monitor, and a client testimonial refers to an aboutGolf simulator the team installed. Its own project photos show ceiling-mounted projectors, impact screens with side curtains and overhead netting, and turf hitting areas set into finished floors.
Design, installation and ongoing support
Urban Golf describes its service as design, installation and support, so one team can take your project from layout to a working bay as one of the simulator installers listed here. One published testimonial from a venue says the team helped from sourcing the site through to the final install, and that its support three years later keeps the simulators at their best. Another client credits it with fitting a simulator into an unused basement alongside a bar, cinema and pool area. Its case studies include Landmark Pinnacle, a New Forest garage conversion and Birdies Jordan.
Running or opening an indoor golf venue
If you plan an indoor venue, you can draw on the company’s own experience of running one, covering marketing, pricing, food and beverage and day-to-day operations. Through its indoor golf design and franchise offer, it says it wants partners to grow the Urban Golf brand in the UK and abroad, naming developers, landlords, hospitality and leisure venues and entrepreneurs as the people it would like to hear from. You can compare it with other simulator suppliers in the United Kingdom, and the commercial golf simulator buying guide covers what to compare before you commit to a venue fit-out.
Other golf suppliers listed here include Golf Swing Systems, InSwing Golf and Golf Tech Systems.
