Summit Golf Brands, the New York company behind B. Draddy, Fairway & Greene and Zero Restriction, has signed an exclusive retail partnership with The King & Prince Golf and Beach Club on St. Simons Island, Georgia. The deal was announced on October 26, 2026.

It goes further than a normal stocking agreement. Summit is designing the club’s new golf shop with the club and Northview Hotels & Resorts, which manages the property for owner South Street Partners. The build includes a custom layout and fixtures, a curated assortment across Summit’s brands and products made only for the club, and is due to be finished in November.

What else is included

Summit will also outfit club staff, support some club events and work with the club on its grand-opening program, social content and ambassador activity. The timing ties in with a wider renovation: Beau Welling is redesigning the course and practice facilities, and the clubhouse is being rebuilt, with members expected back in November. Summit says this follows its recent partnership at Rodeo Dunes, and its own figures put its wholesale network at more than 3,500 clubs and resorts in 25 countries.

Why it matters for buyers

For clubs going through a renovation, this is a model worth knowing about. An apparel supplier that handles the shop fit-out, merchandising and staff uniforms takes a lot off a small retail team, but it also means committing to one supplier’s brands. Golf Business Monitor’s analysis of the deal makes the same point, describing it as a shift from wholesale buying towards partnership. Clubs weighing it up should ask what the agreement covers, how long it runs and how much of the assortment stays open to other brands. Summit Golf Brands is now listed in our directory alongside other golf apparel suppliers and pro shop suppliers.

This report is based on desk research of the published announcement and Golf Business Monitor’s commentary. We have not spoken to Summit Golf Brands or the club.
