Trade shows are still the quickest way to see a season’s new golf products in one place, meet suppliers in person and compare equipment side by side. This guide lists the main golf trade shows for buyers in the US, Canada and beyond for 2026 and 2027, with dates confirmed on each official website, and gives practical advice on getting value from a visit. The full calendar is on our golf trade shows page.

PGA Show and Demo Day, Orlando
The PGA Show is the largest golf industry trade event, produced by the PGA of America with PGA Golf Exhibitions. The 74th edition runs from January 26 to 29, 2027. It opens with Demo Day at Orange County National Golf Center, where buyers hit new clubs and test launch monitors and range technology outdoors, followed by three days of exhibits and education at the Orange County Convention Center. For 2027 the organizers have added hands-on teaching workshops at Demo Day and retail operations sessions before the show floor opens. Attendance is limited to golf industry professionals.
GCSAA Conference and Trade Show
The Golf Course Superintendents Association of America holds its annual conference and trade show, formerly called the Golf Industry Show, in New Orleans from January 16 to 21, 2027, with the main days from January 18 to 21. This is the event for superintendents and owners comparing mowers, sprayers, irrigation, agronomy products and course accessories, and it runs education sessions, facility tours and a tournament before the conference.
Golf Business Conference
The National Golf Course Owners Association holds Golf Business Conference at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando from January 25 to 27, 2027, the same week as the PGA Show. It is aimed at owners, operators and managers, and the NGCOA says attendees receive complimentary access to the PGA Show, so many operators plan both in one trip.
Canadian Golf Course Management Conference
The Canadian Golf Superintendents Association holds its national conference at the Halifax Convention Centre from February 23 to 25, 2027, with the trade show on February 24. It is the main Canadian event for turf equipment and course product suppliers, and its education sessions count toward continuing education credits.
International shows
For buyers with European operations or suppliers selling there, BTME in Harrogate, England, run by BIGGA, is Europe’s main greenkeeping exhibition, and SALTEX at the NEC in Birmingham covers grounds care across all sports. The Dublin Golf Show in June 2027 falls in the year Ireland hosts the Ryder Cup at Adare Manor.

How to get the most from a visit
- Plan your list. Download the exhibitor list and floor plan and mark the suppliers you need. Book meetings with key suppliers before the show.
- Bring your numbers. Fleet lists, station counts, acreage and budgets let suppliers give useful answers at the booth.
- Compare like for like. If you are choosing mowers, carts or simulators, see two or three competing products on the same day and ask each the same questions.
- Use the education. GCSAA, NGCOA and PGA Show sessions often cover topics that save more than the cost of the trip.
- Follow up fast. Note who you met and what was agreed, and ask for written quotes within two weeks.
Planning the trip
January is the busiest month: the GCSAA Conference in New Orleans runs the week before the PGA Show and Golf Business Conference in Orlando, so book hotels and flights early. Decide who from your team goes to which event, for example the superintendent to GCSAA and the general manager and head professional to Orlando. Set a short list of goals for each person so the trip produces decisions, not just brochures.
Exhibiting
For suppliers, the right show depends on who buys from you. The GCSAA Conference and the Canadian conference reach superintendents. The PGA Show reaches PGA professionals, retailers and facility operators. Golf Business Conference reaches owners. Each organizer publishes exhibitor information on its official website, and booking early usually means a better booth location.
