For a simulator bay at a golf club, commercial venue or private home, you can get Trackman hardware, room components and installation from one company, or go DIY with its CAD design consultancy. Golf Tech Systems works from a base in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, in the United Kingdom.

Its website describes it as an official Trackman partner that has worked on simulator projects since 2011 for golf clubs, commercial facilities, private homes and holiday homes, with installations nationwide and abroad. Its work covers golf simulators and indoor golf and full simulator installation and fit-out.

Trackman systems and simulator parts you can order

You can buy the Trackman 4 launch monitor, which the company presents as a portable unit for players and coaches, or the ceiling-mounted Trackman io and io Duo. Its shop also stocks enclosures, screens and projectors, including its own ULTRA impact screen in custom sizes, an ULTRA GREY version, raw screen material, an electric impact screen, trim kits and replacement screens for Sim Cube setups. Hitting mats come from Huxley and Truestrike. The range extends to acoustic tiles, faux leather wall and ceiling panels, a cooled PC cabinet, Trackman IDS swing analysis cameras and simulator lighting.

Automated bookings and bay access for your commercial venue

For commercial golf simulator venues, the company builds around Trackman business tools, so bookings, entry and bay changeovers run automatically. A player who books receives a one-time PIN by email to open the door and signs in at the bay with a QR code. The simulator locks when the session ends, ready for the next booking.

From the Trackman business portal you can view bookings, message a bay, see who is playing and on which hole, and shut a simulator down remotely. Linked to a YourGolfBooking account, the system handles hire rates, memberships, tournaments and events. Staffed sites can add a POS system so players order food and drink from the bay. The company prices each facility by specification, and you can check its proposal against the points in the commercial golf simulator buying guide.

See a full setup in the Abingdon showroom before you buy

The showroom opens by appointment, and a demo takes a couple of hours, going through each component area before the company quotes. The room includes a Trackman io, swing analysis cameras, a 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos audio system, a BenQ 4K projector, 4K touchscreen monitors, a retractable screen and Huxley tee and putting turf.

Where it installs and past projects

Its coverage page lists recent installations across England, in Glamorgan and in Jersey. Case studies cover garage conversions in Warwickshire and Bedfordshire, 4K upgrades in Hertfordshire and Somerset and an off-center room in London. The website also says it installed a simulator for Masters champion Danny Willett. The company says Trackman software will work with moving floor platforms from 2026, tilting the floor to match the lie on the course, and one published project pairs Trackman with a Zen moving floor in the Midlands.

Other golf simulator suppliers listed here include Trackman, Golf Swing Systems, InSwing Golf and Full Swing Europe.
