SSG Premium Printing Solutions designs and prints custom golf scorecards, yardage books, pin placement cards, pin sheets, rack cards and tournament scorecards for golf courses, clubs, resorts, management companies and event organizers across the US. If you want printed course materials that match your club’s branding exactly, with design help and the option to split one bulk order across several clubhouses, this is a specialist that has served the golf industry since 1980. The company runs from High Point, North Carolina, and sells under its golfscorecard.net website.

Scorecards, yardage books and pin cards

Scorecards come in standard sizes including 4.5×12, 4×12, 5×12, 6×12, 6×16 and 6×8, with options for round corners, a pencil slit and a die-cut window. The front can carry your logo, course name, a photo or graphic, address and phone number, the back can hold local rules, a course map or hole diagrams, course rating and slope, pro shop information and advertisers, and the inside holds the hole layouts, scoring grid, handicap or stroke index and scorer lines. Yardage books and cards use the same sizes and give golfers hole layouts and distances, while daily pin placement cards and pin sheets show hole locations for every hole. Rack cards and postcards help you promote the course, events or other club services. You can request a free sample kit before you order.

Design service and brand matching

You can upload your own artwork, start from a template or have SSG’s design team create a layout. The company says it matches exact Pantone (PMS) colors so club crests look the same on every printed item, and it can replicate an existing scorecard grid or yardage book from a mailed sample or a digital file if you are moving from another printer. Eco-friendly paper options are offered.

Tournament printing and lead times

For tournaments and corporate outings, SSG prints event scorecards with event, club and sponsor logos, water-resistant and writable stock, and variable data printing that pre-prints player names, handicaps and starting holes from your pairings spreadsheet. Its published lead times are 3 to 4 weeks after final design approval for bulk course scorecards and typically 15 to 20 business days for tournament cards, with rush printing and priority shipping for urgent events. Multi-course management companies can order in bulk and have quantities drop-shipped to each clubhouse.
