RHA Furniture gives you one supplier for a whole clubhouse refit, from dining chairs, armchairs, bar stools and tables to banquette seating, terrace furniture and made-to-measure joinery. It is a family firm in Brentford, West London, which says it has more than 30 years in contract furniture and works on projects across the UK and Europe. You can choose from what the company says are thousands of products from over 200 UK and European manufacturers, with makers in Italy, Portugal and Spain among them. It is listed here under clubhouse furniture and interiors and the wider clubhouse and operations section.

Seating and tables built for busy clubhouses

You get commercial pieces made for daily use in lounges, bars and dining rooms. The company says its frames are reinforced and its upholstery can be specified in Crib 5 fire-retardant fabrics for UK compliance. Named lines in its catalog include the Aris and Valencia side chairs, the Amelia and Salento armchairs, the Dodge and Imperial barstools, and lounge chairs such as the Cosmo and Royce. For the course-view terrace, it offers outdoor chairs, tables and lounge seating. If the standard ranges do not fit your room, it can make custom banquettes, made-to-measure tables, bespoke joinery or pieces in fabrics matched to your interior. The company says some projects have included items such as trophy cabinets.

Planning help and published lead times

The team can help you choose furniture, plan seating layouts and circulation, select fabrics and keep styles consistent between lounge, dining and bar areas. It works with your interior designer, architect or club manager. The company says it reviews a new inquiry within 24 hours and then sends a detailed quote, and at that stage it can also discuss interior design, technical drawings and a site survey. Its stated production times are 6 to 8 weeks for standard orders and 10 to 12 weeks for custom orders. The company manages each stage of the order, sends regular updates and progress photos of custom items, and coordinates delivery and installation.

Golf clubs it has furnished

• Littlehampton Golf Club, West Sussex: lounge chairs, armchairs, upholstered dining chairs and bespoke tables with brushed brass edging, upholstered in teal, burnt orange and grey. The club’s directors say the furniture arrived two days early.
• Tyrrells Wood Golf Club, Surrey: Petra chairs and armchairs, Vasa armchairs, Dakota lounge chairs, Descartes barstools and solid beech tables on Boston bases, supplied with the designers at Design ID.
• Wyke Green Golf Club, plus the Club Company’s Cams Hall Estate and Warwickshire venues.

Outside golf, the company says its work includes Singapore Airlines lounges at Heathrow and furniture and joinery for the Conrad Algarve. Other golf suppliers in the United Kingdom listed here include Foremost Golf, Club Systems International and intelligentgolf.
