intelligentgolf gives golf clubs in the UK and Ireland one system for competitions, membership, tee times, events, the bar and pro shop till, the club website and card payments, so your staff enter data once and each member uses a single account across the club. The company says hundreds of clubs run on it, and it is one of the golf club management and tee time software providers among UK golf suppliers.
Competitions, handicaps and tee times in one place
You can run singles medals, stablefords, knockouts, betterball, foursomes, greensomes, mixed, team and open events, with visitor entries checked against CDH-linked handicaps. Players score on their phones and live leaderboards refresh after each hole, at the club or online. Members book their own times on start sheets tied to the competition system, while your office adds block bookings, competition slots and late changes. For visitors you set deposit or full payment rules and the guest details you require, link to third-party tee time brokers and get reports on peak times and green fee breakdowns.
Bar, pro shop and payments
The EPOS and payments side gives you separate member and visitor pricing, staff discounts by login, table management, bar tabs with orders sent to a kitchen printer, and stock control covering suppliers and margins. Members carry one card for the bar, pro shop, door access and competition entry fees, and can top it up at the club, online or in the igMember app. Card payments run through intelligentgolfPay, built on ClearAccept, a sister company authorized by the UK Financial Conduct Authority. Refunds and reconciliation happen inside the same system, accounts can link to Xero, and direct debits are available. Through intelligentgolfPay you can also apply for revenue finance from Liberis, repaid as a fixed percentage of card takings, with funds in under 48 hours once approved, the company says.
Switching over and ongoing support
A project manager runs onboarding for new clubs, support engineers set up your data and train staff before go-live, and an EPOS engineer travels to the club to install tills and set up stock control. An in-house website team designs and builds your club site as part of its clubhouse and operations offer. After launch you reach support by phone, email or a ticket system inside your club website admin, from 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Sunday. Its Claritee analytics tool turns club performance data into reports for planning.
