BRS Golf gives your golf club one cloud system for the tee sheet, member and visitor booking, memberships, payments and point of sale. The platform, called BRS Core, is part of GolfNow Business and is based in Belfast in the United Kingdom. The company says its tee sheet is used by more than 3,500 golf clubs in 14 countries and by over 670,000 registered members in the UK and Ireland alone. A tee sheet you control

You set the tee time intervals and the booking rules that decide who can book, how far ahead, at what price and within what cancellation window, which the company says helps you cut no-shows. Times blocked for members stay hidden from visitors. Course utilization stats appear inside the tee sheet, and a central diary also holds function room, restaurant and non-golf bookings. BRS lists 99.98% uptime, more than 50 management reports and over 400 system configurations. Members book on a website or an Android and Apple app, or on the clubhouse PC. The tee sheet links with Golf Genius and HandicapMaster for competitions and handicaps, and the company says onboarding should take no more than a day. Memberships, billing and payments

The Memberships module lets you bill monthly, annually or on a custom cycle, and chain subscriptions by age or length of service, including introductory offers that convert to full membership. Bills can be emailed or published to the member website and app, and member logins switch off automatically after a set grace period for non-payment. Online payments run through BRS Payments, which takes several methods including Google Pay in the app, and clubs using both Payments and Memberships get a reduced rate and free use of Flexible Memberships, a green fee points scheme. Selling tee times through GolfNow

Clubs on BRS Core can sell tee times on the GolfNow marketplace, which is advertised on Sky Sports and through a booking widget on skysports.com. A paid Premium Marketing Program, open to a limited number of courses per market, adds featured search placement, email campaigns and geo-targeted social ads, and the company says these clubs average 300% more page views. Its published examples include The Belfry, whose Brabazon course rose from 346th to first on the GolfNow app during the 2022 British Masters, and Longhirst Hall, where the director of golf reports about 45% less admin time and 75% cashless transactions.
