If you run a golf course, driving range or pro shop in Australia or New Zealand, you can order signage, flags, furniture, tee and green supplies, maintenance tools and range gear from one maker, online and without a quote. That maker is David Golf of Clayton, Victoria, which has made golf course hardware since 1956 and, according to its website, is the largest supplier and manufacturer of it in Australia.
Signs, flags and course furniture made for you in Melbourne
The company says its Melbourne workshop cuts, prints and hand-finishes signage, flags, course furniture and custom accessories, and that every tee sign is still finished by hand. In its signage and course furniture range are aluminum, Pro-Core and merbau directional signs, timber and plastic sign holders, timber tee signs, cast bronze plaques, custom entrance signs, chemical application safety signs, and fairway, inground and sprinkler distance markers, plus benches, seats, drinking fountains, bag racks and merbau or plastic litter bins.
Tee, green and bunker supplies you can order
For tees you can buy tournament and M18 ball washers with towels, detergent tablets and mounting brackets, premium and standard tee markers, and sand buckets and dispensers. For greens there are locking and plastic putting cups, flagsticks, and plain or club-branded flags made to order. Bunker lines run from rakes and rake heads to brooms, dummy lutes and water removal tools for sprinkler and valve boxes. You can add course accessories such as nearest the pin markers, rope and stakes, and fairway paint.
Tools to maintain your course and protect your staff
Its golf course equipment and maintenance list includes irrigation hoses, nozzles and wetting agents, turf doctors, soil samplers, aerators and pluggers, hole cutters and blades, dew brooms, spreaders, level lawns and drag mats, renovation machinery, sprayers, grinding paste and turf analytics. For staff safety it offers wet weather apparel, gloves, respirators, spray suits, chemical cabinets and SCUD chemical mixers.
Equipment to fit out your driving range
Its driving range equipment covers commercial range mats and tee lines, Fiberbuilt studio mats, balls, baskets and dividers, commercial ball washers, ball pickers, pre-soakers and fill carts, ball dispensers linked to web based range management software, ditch systems, ball conveyors and elevators, NP50 putting turf, chainwire practice bays, impact nets and barrier netting. Compare it with our driving range equipment checklist.
Ordering and where it serves
Since 2019 every product can be ordered online without a quote. It supplies golf clubs, driving ranges and pro shops across Australia and opened in New Zealand in July 2025. Its custom logo branch trades as The Corporate Golfer.
History of the business
David Finks started the business on Gore Street in Fitzroy, and its first ball washer went to Huntingdale Golf Club for 10 pounds. By 1988 it was producing over 500,000 bag tags and had released the Elim Tee and the Model 88 Ball Washer. Finks retired after 36 years, Daniel Slonim and Duncan Andrews bought the company, and it is now owned by David Slobom.
Other golf suppliers listed here include EGM Golf, Huck Nets (UK) and Range Servant.
