You can order personalized tee signs, tee markers, yardage markers and site furnishings for your golf course, club, resort or community from a company that describes itself as a manufacturer rather than a reseller. Designer Golf Products, in Odessa, Florida, works with public, private and resort courses and, according to its website, has supplied personalized products since 1984.

That gives you one source for golf course signage and course furniture, course accessories and wider golf course equipment. It is one of the golf suppliers in the United States listed here.

Tee signs, tee markers and yardage markers for your course

You choose the material and mount for your tee signs. Materials are cast bronze, cast aluminum, etched metal, granite, hardwood, DuraLumber recycled plastic, Terra-Tec synthetic stone and Dendron full-color panels, and mounts are direct-to-post, front, side, inlay and yardarm. Granite models run from boulders and totems to pedestals and bench units, and hardwood totems come in ipe, garapa or Lamboo at 4 x 4 or 6 x 6 inches.

The company says Dendron signs save you pattern and set-up fees on custom shapes, carry a 10 year warranty and use recycled content.

Tee markers are grouped into eleven material families, including waterjet cut and custom designs for sponsored tournaments. Yardage markers can be flush mounted, set on posts or built as mobile A-frame signs, and directional and information signs are styled to match the tee signs.

Furnishings for your bag drop, clubhouse and range

You can pick from two furnishing lines that the company says are made in the USA. The Traditions Series uses tongue and groove panels with dado-slot construction in three material choices. The Signature Series adds decorative panels, club logos and more than one hundred color combinations. Bag racks hold from 5 to 16 bags in portable, permanent and aluminum versions.

The product directory also lists amenity and scorecard boxes, ball washers, benches, beverage stations, podiums, range dividers, range signs, scoreboards, towel stations, waste receptacles and water coolers. For a practice area, set these against the driving range equipment checklist.

What it supplied to Tranquilo Golf Club

For Tranquilo Golf Club at Four Seasons Resort Orlando, a Tom Fazio course, its design team presented concepts to club staff, then supplied cast aluminum signage and ipe hardwood furnishings including a starter podium, bag stand, bag rack, ice chest, rocking chairs and a range sign.

Who makes your order, and the company history

The company says it handles work from design to finished product and schedules its own shipments, so your order stays with one company. Its history page traces wood sponsorship signs in the early years, granite signs from the late 1980s, ownership by Don Morrison from 2000, DuraLumber furnishings by 2006 and the Terra-Tec line from 2011.

To compare, other golf suppliers listed here include TH Golf, Fairway Products and Farol.
