You can buy, hire and have serviced golf carts and utility vehicles for your golf club, resort, event or commercial site through one Irish company that, by its own account, is the sole importer and distributor of Club Car golf carts in Ireland. The Buggyman Ltd is based in Kill, Co. Kildare, and serves customers across Ireland.

It is one of the golf cart dealers and golf suppliers in Ireland listed here.

Golf carts and utility vehicles you can buy

You can choose from a range of golf carts and utility vehicles that includes the Club Car Tempo and Onward golf carts, the Club Car Carryall work vehicle and the Club Car Urban range, which the company presents for both golf courses and town streets. Garia golf carts are also sold. Under its own BM name you get the BM Max line of transport and utility vehicles for hospitality, commercial and tourism use, and the BM 4×4, a fully electric four-wheel-drive model aimed at farms, stud farms, landscaping and agricultural land. Used vehicles are offered for golf, hospitality, leisure, events and commercial buyers.

Range Servant equipment for your driving range

For your driving range, The Buggyman is the exclusive Irish distributor of Range Servant equipment and directs golf clubs and range owners to the full Range Servant product line. Photos on its driving range page show a Range Servant ball dispenser with washer and elevator, and a five-gang ball picker towed by a Club Car utility vehicle.

Vehicle hire for your fleet or event

You can hire a fleet for anything from one day up to five years, covering golf carts, utility vehicles, resort and hospitality vehicles, 4x4s, people carriers, food and beverage vehicles and trailers, in electric and diesel versions. For events, the team handles setup through to the event days, from a single vehicle to a whole fleet, for golf tournaments, music festivals, film sets, sporting events, weddings, stadium concerts and state or VIP visits.

The website says it has been the sole vehicle supplier to the PGA, the DP World Tour and the Ryder Cup for the past 16 years, and it publishes a thank-you from the Ryder Cup for its work at the 36th Ryder Cup at the K Club. Synergy Golf, which runs several venues, is quoted as a customer of more than two decades. If you are weighing purchase against rental, read this guide to buying, leasing or renting a golf cart fleet.

Nationwide service and parts for your vehicles

Every vehicle it sells is backed by nationwide service from factory-trained technicians, working from its workshop and from mobile units. You can get annual servicing, general repairs, refurbishment, assessments, genuine parts, and tires and batteries, with a dedicated parts manager and service manager.

About the company

According to its website, The Buggyman was established in 2000 and has more than 3,000 vehicles in use around Ireland.

Other golf cart suppliers listed here include Club Car, Golf Car UK, Carryway and Grasshopper Buggies.
